If the fit’s not right or you’d like to swap sizes, you’re welcome to exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll cover the shipping for all exchanges within Australia.

Prefer a refund instead? No problem — just note that return shipping for refunds will be at your own cost.

What can be returned?
All items (including sale!) are eligible if they’re:

- In original condition, in its original Almaya bag, with tags and hygiene seal intact

- Unworn, with no marks (from tan, deodorant, etc.)
