We design pieces that last, and we want you to love every single one.

Standard Returns & Exchanges (Non-Sale Items)

If the fit isn’t right or you’d like to swap sizes, we’re here to help.

You’re welcome to return or exchange full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer one free exchange per order.

  • Exchanges within Australia: We cover the shipping.
  • Refunds: Return shipping is at your own cost.

What can be returned (full-priced items)

Items must be:

  • In original condition, in the original Almaya bag
  • With tags and hygiene seal intact
  • Unworn, with no stains or marks
  • Returned with proof of purchase

FINAL SALE — Black Friday + Major Promotions

Items purchased during Black Friday, clearance, or major promotional events are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

This applies to:

  • Size exchanges
  • Colour exchanges
  • Refunds

Why?

These events offer significantly reduced prices, and to keep them fair for everyone, we cannot support exchanges or returns on these items.

Faulty Items

Your rights remain protected.

If any item arrives faulty or not as described, we will repair, replace, or refund it and we will cover all return shipping costs, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
