REFUND POLICY

Please contact us at almaya@almaya.com.au regarding your return, or send us a message through the website — we’re always happy to help.

Once your item is received, we’ll notify you that it has arrived. Please allow up to 2 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed.

Please note that returns must be made within 14 days from the date you received your package.

Refunds do not include any shipping charges.

All full-priced items can be returned as long as they meet the return criteria below:

  • In original condition, with tags attached and hygiene seals intact
  • No signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant, or other personal stains)
  • Proof of purchase included
  • Returned in the original ALMAYA bag

Final Sale:
Items purchased during Black Friday or major promotional events are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, unless the item is faulty as covered under Australian Consumer Law.
